如果您有發生ADSL可撥接連線但網路不能上網出現伺服器錯誤
或是區域網路ping得到任何機器,但是所有網路應用程式都無法使用
在DOS指令執行PING指令時
會出現"嗶"一聲，並出現"?"訊息: 例如下指令 PING 168.95.1.1

ping 168.95.1.1

Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 1ms. Average = 0ms



其原因就是使用防毒程式或反間諜程式Spyware 或Adware ,或者一些網際網路優化器程式弄亂您的網際網路連接元件，這些元件因感染而被誤認移除，造成這樣現象，需用XP TCP/IP 修理工具程式[XPTCPREP.EXE]修理您的Windows XP Winsock 和TCP/IP 登記錯誤。
